So today we're going to be continuing on with my thoughts on the Bhagavad Gita and we'll be concluding chapter 12 by looking at verses 15 to verse 20.

This is what it's about, how we can establish ourselves as the Atman and understand that there is only Brahman.

So first, one who is kind to the entire world.
